Had a super productive day, no problems with staying focused.
I have been taking fasoracetam for the last 2 weeks (almost every day) and having the same incredible anti-anxiety effects. I have had social anxiety since I could start talking, and (mostly) on and off depression since middle school. Experts recommend that you do not exceed 50mg of fasoracetam in a single day. I tried 20 mg by mixing it with water in a shot glass, then drinking it. I'll have to try it again soon.Most important point is you found something substantial that's working for you :)I just started taking it a few days ago. Did you notice the tingling effects you described immediately the first time you took it? I sometimes feel a sedative effect as it wears off and I'll get quite tired and foggy (GABA-B sensitivty??). Phenylpiracetam can last a LONG time, sometimes up to 10 hours (usually effects are noticeable for 5-8) and is impossible to sleep on (side effects includeinsomnia).
