Glimeperide comes in 1mg, 2mg and 4 mg tablets so you are taking the middle dose. Hang in there. My injury was due to a fall skating - fell back and hit my head. But give it time. I feel terrible for you. I am not healed yet but you need to know you will improve. My main symptom of my PCS is a constant, horrible headac ... How Long does it take for Elavil to kick in? It takes a couple of weeks to really take effect. It helps many people but not everyone. There is no reason it can't be done, but there may be a reason it shouldn't be done. It seems like the glimepiride does a good job of bringing it down pretty quickly but it's still letting it get way too high after eating and I'm taking it after the first bite of food.
